Waitikiri Village provides a beautiful tranquil setting with its own distinctive environment for houses on small sections whilst still allowing a sense of space and your own personal haven - set around a private Village Common or overlooking a reserve with native landscaping and spring-fed pond.

Village House Plans Included

Included with the sections are house plans by acclaimed architect Peter Beaven. Designs vary in size to suit a wide variety of needs and are from two bedroom to four bedrooms.

Waitikiri Village takes its cue from European villages whose allure lies in their architectural consistency.House designs of differing size and shape retain their individuality but whose architecture is in harmony with each other and their surroundings.
